Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine team. As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Internal Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients across various settings, including office, hospital, and nursing facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass patient care, treatment planning, and health education, contributing to the well-being and recovery of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform physical examinations and ordering diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and other necessary treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of FLorida.
• Proven experience in Internal Medicine, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
